No, I am not talking about eyelash extensions, I am talking about your very own lashes becoming mega-ultra long. To the point where you might even have to be giving them a trim  (maybe I could add that to my service menu in my salon: eyelash trim $10.00)

This is a product that you apply to a clean face free of make-up, to your lash line, just like you would apply eyeliner, every night. Then within 3-6 weeks you will have long lashes that even Snuffy would be jealous of.  After that you maintain your lashes by trimming and only applying Li Lash 2-3 x’s per week.

Another good grocery day, thanks to Albertson’s close out sale!

I spent $260 dollars yesterday. (be sure to scroll down to the bottom to see what I saved)

I was not planning on spending that much. And if you have been following my grocery shopping excursions using coupons you are probably wondering what is the point of me using coupons when I am spending so much every week.

Here is how it all goes down.

In the beginning you are trying to build up your own personal “stock pile” of food in your own house so you can pretty much “shop” from your own house.

I am to that point now and I have only been doing this not even a month.

I am loaded up on soups, cheese, yogurt, detergents, hygiene products, make-up, medicine, drinks, cereals, baking goods, quick meals etc…you name it, I got it!

So this week I knew I didn’t need much except for a few basics like chicken, milk, bread, eggs, & some fresh fruit, no big deal.

Then I saw in my Sunday paper that 3 Albertson Stores in the valley were going out of business and all of their stock would be 50%-75% off.

I had to jump on it.

This is maybe a once in a life time opportunity for a “couponer” like myself (I’m pretty sure “couponer” is not a real word and I  totally just made that one up). Can you imagine all the savings, 75% off + a coupon….

Let’s just say I was a little bit excited. And for good reason as you will see in the following list of groceries I purchased: Grab a Diet Coke, sit back & kick up your feet……This is a good one.

So yes, I spent $260 dollars that I wasn’t planning on spending but I also saved $398.53  which pretty much rocked my world!

Chastity

So, went to Young Women’s tonight.

Was pulled into the kitchen for a little chat with my pal/YW Pres., Dana, and was informed that, she, I, and the other YW counselor, Jenni will be speaking in sacrament meeting on Sunday

Now mind you…..Sunday is Valentines Day.

Our topic????

You got it………..Chastity!

(I have to kind of giggle when I think about this, I can almost hear Marvin Gaye playing in the background?)

So on that note, wish me luck!

My Vacuum Sucks!…and I couldn’t be happier.

 

I own 3 vacuums.

Not one.

Not two.

But 3.

That seems pretty ridiculous to me.

Why do I have all of these vacuums? It’s not like I have taken up a new hobby of collecting crappy old vacuums.

The real problem.

They don’t suck!

Which normally would be great cause things that suck, usually are not great.

Well, these aren’t great.

I have even had to go so far as to borrow a good friend/neighbors vacuum from time to time just to feel better about laying on my own carpet, no names mentioned. (By the way Char, thanks again)

That was a sight to see. Me taking  a vacuum on a walk around the hood. I bet the old man down the street thinks I need a one way ticket to the loony bin.

Well. After consulting with my personal specialist on these matters. I purchased a vacuum this weekend.

and guess what???

It sucks!

Hooray!!!!!

I love you little Kenmore Vacuum.

Feature Friday

As I surf around the Blogger world i am finding some of the coolest blogs,
