So I kind of reached a plataeu and wow, was it ever bugging me! I couldn't get past 157-159. i kept flucuationg between the two. Well then I got the flu and I am quite glad for it cause it pushed me out of the plateau and now I am 154 lbs. Yay!!!! So moral of this story. If you reach a weight loss plateau, catch the flu, it can come in handy.
P.S. I feel better now.

You seriously are lookin' awesome. I can tell you've lost weight just by looking at your face. It sucks when you hit a plateau. I was in one for 4 months! That's why I had to do the THF thing. So yeah... let's get together soon. We would love to come over and hang out. I don't have anything going on next week, so any time will do. Just let me know! I'm excited to see ya!
