So it has been almost 2 weeks since I first introduced, "Bob". I will update on my weight loss every 2 weeks and a new picture every month. I was 166 lbs. last time I posted about my weight loss, and I am now 163.5 lbs. I do flucuate from morning to evening by a pound and a half or so, but my clothes are still telling me the truth.
I have upped (is that even a word?) my workouts now, i am cycling 2 days a week on Mondays and Thursdays, and have added Power Pump, which is a strength training class that focuses on your upper body, every Tuesday, and Cardio Circuit, which is a mix of strength training and cardio, that focuses on your core and lower body, every Friday. Wednesday is a free day which I usually run 2.5 miles so I can build my running endurance. (remember, I have 5K coming up in May and a 10K coming up in August). Saturdays and Sundays are my recovery days. I am still living the South Beach way and it has been great.
I am starting to feel like it is going to take more effort ridding my body of these last 30 pounds. I think my body likes to be at this weight. That is why I have decided to up my work-outs. The first 20-25 lbs were easy, I was surprised how quickly they came off. I have a feeling this next round of weight loss isn't going to be a walk in the park, so I know that I have to be extra careful and watch my portions and really make my work-outs worth the effort. Wish me Luck.

You are awesome. Way to go. Thanks for the e-mail as well. You have inspired me to get up at 6:oo am (Sloan sleeps until 8:00) to exercise. It really is a great way to start your day.
If I had a membership to Gold's.........I'd meet you there every morning and work out with you. I used to get up every morning at 5 and workout.....then met Ioane!!! LOL It's a long story....I'll explain it sometime!
